What could be better than turning a lifelong passion into a business? That’s exactly what I did. Growing up in Minnesota, I was fortunate to be surrounded by strong women in my family who taught me the art of sewing, crafting, painting, and cooking. The men in my family, on the other hand, instilled in me a sense of humor and a love for fun. These influences shine through in everything I create—whether it’s something cute and sweet or a little more feisty.

Over the years, crafting became more than just a hobby—it became a way for me to express myself, to share joy, and to bring a little beauty into everyday life. I love experimenting with different materials, techniques, and styles, always aiming to create something unique and full of heart.

As for the name, it’s a tribute to my grandmother, one of my greatest inspirations. She was one of the few people who called me “Mandy,” and her love and wisdom have influenced everything I do. That’s how Mandy’s of Fargo ND came to be—a celebration of family, creativity, and handmade goodness.
