🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way. If you don't receive your tracking details, feel free to reach out to us.
🚨 Delays & Issues
While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons. If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
🛠 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either send you a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
